Shipping: Most of our items are custom made; they are made based on receipt of orders. Keep this in mind when placing your order to make sure you have your items in time for your event. Most items ship in 5-7 business days.
During check-out please chose the month and date, this will assist us in expediting you order. Please contact us if you have any questions.


Our standard shipping charges are for the continental U.S. Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, the delivery confirmation will be email with shipping conformation you your provide email to PayPal. Transit time for Priority Mail is 2-3 business days.

Shipping based on weight:
0.01 – 1.00 lbs. = $6.25
1.01 – 2.00 lbs. = $9.40
2.01 – 3.00 lbs. = $11.30
3.01 – 4.00 lbs. = $15.35


Return Policy:
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your items we can accept returns on most products upon approval (a restocking fee may apply). We have listed our returned policies below. Please contact us if you have any questions, we will try to work something out whenever possible.
Items that are personalized cannot be returned unless we made an error.
Items made to order, or customized cannot be returned.
Absolutely no returns after the event date.

Shipping charges on returned items: Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. The cost to ship the item back is the customer’s responsibility. You must contact us prior to making your return.
